At First Choice Homes we have been proud to provide affordable manufactured and modular homes and custom built homes to people all across southeast Michigan and Ohio. From humble beginnings, we have since built numerous homes across Michigan with quality construction in mind. Today we build and finance our homes to better serve the customer. We have over 80 floor plans on hand to satisfy every taste and budget.
